NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATON, CHIPPEWA COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 30,2009, at 7:00 P.M. at the Wheaton Town Hall, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2010 BUDGET for the Town of Wheaton in Chippewa County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk's office by appointment. Phone 874-6612. The following is a summary of the proposed

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF WHEATON, CHIPPEWA COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 30,2009, immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed year 2010 budget, which begins at 7:00 P.M. at the Wheaton Town Hall, a special town meeting of the electors called pursuant to section 60.12(1 )(c) of
Wisconsin Statutes by the Town Board for the following purposes will be held:
1. To approve total highway expenditures for 2010 pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes.
2. To approve the 2009 town tax levy to be collected in 2010 pursuant to Section 60.10(1 )(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
3. To approve a resolution endorsing a town board resolution to transfer $111,000 from the Reserve for Contingency budget account to the 2009 Road Repair & Maitenance Account.
