TOWN SUPERVISOR ELECTION
TOWN OF WHEATON
CHIPPEWA COUNTY
NOTICE' IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an
election to be held in the Town of Wheaton,
Chippewa County, on Tuesday, April 6,
2010, the following officers are to be. elect-
ed:
TOWN SUPERVISOR, for a (term of two
years to succeed Bud Beckwith whose term
will expire on the 13th day of April, 2.010.
TOWN SUPERVISOR, for a' term of two
years to succeed Bob Sworski whose term
will expire on the 13th day-of April, 2010. '
NOTICE 'IS FURTHER GIVEN that the first
day to circulate nomination papers is Tues-
day, December 1, 2009, and the final day
for filing nomination papers is 5:00p.m.
Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Candidates for,
these offices must file with the Town Clerk.
NOTICE IS FURTHER.GIVEN, that if a pri-
mary is necessary;the primary will be held
~uesday, February 16, 2010.
