Tuesday, May 10th, 2011 The Board of Revue will start at 7:00 p.m. with the monthly meeting starting after the close of the Board of Revue.

Clerk’s Report: Approve minutes of the April 7th and 12th 2011 meetings.
Treasurer’s Report: Approve treasurer’s report
Public Comments (Limit to 5 Minutes):
Parks and Planning Commission Update: Updates from Bud Beckwith
Old Business:
New Business:1. Review and sign contract with Chippewa County for the 20th Avenue bridge deck replacement
2. Review/approve/reject Scott Myers recycling proposal
3. Review/approve/reject sale of chairs, tires, and fence posts
4. Review chair and table rental policy
5. Review/approve/reject request for mileage reimbursement for Town of Wheaton Dog Catcher
6. Approve the hiring of temporary road crew help
7. Review/approve/reject internet service to fire station
8. Review/approve/reject proposals from road crew to proceed with patch paving, crack sealing, chip sealing, shouldering. (Crack sealing and chip sealing will need to be advertized for bid)
9. Approve to proceed with advertizing for pulverizing, paving, shouldering, for the 26th Street and 50th Street road projects when the prevailing wage reports are received
